Well I have 4-4-4-4 in pilot and I got a mission where I had to escort a drop ship...
I get up in Dathomir space, I escort the ship, get another ship to escort. Then after it got to it's goal I have to do somepatrolling to find a YT-1300 with some orders from N'ejo. I go to all patrol points, when I says I completed patrolling I go find the YT-1300, disable it, inspect it and dock it and it says I retrieved Orders from N'ejo. Then I go back to trainer and he says something liek "Those mercenary are tough, eh?" and I have to do the mission all over again... I tried 4 times.. and it all happened. Only once did I get a mission target to the YT-1300, but I accidently blew it up ^^
Did this happen to anyone else?

I'm all 4's in BE, as well. Is this a duty mission? I have never once encountered this mission.

When patrolling the waypoints, drop to below 500 speed. This will give the system time to update and tell you to target the YT. Then, don't blow it up
