i've never rerolled this character. Oreet on Lowca has been my main character since March 2, 2004 which was when i first got the game. so it's got nothing to do with the age of my character.
there has been no lapse in my account at all, and i've never used a game card, been using my Debit card the whole time.
according to what we were told when the reward was first announced, ANY account over 6 months old when you register JTL is entitled to the Sorosuub Luxury Yacht, and my account meets all the requirements.
tonight after i install my JTL (which should be at my house now) i'll try it again, and if it still doesn't work i'll /bug it and hope to hear something back, although i have yet to EVER hear anything about any /bug's i've ever sent in the past.
Yeah, I will try myself when I get home (my copyis waiting for me also) but itsounds like this is definately not working correctly. As to the /bug reports you won't get any feedback on those except in the form of seeing it listed in the fixes potentially, but it at least raises the flag on the issue for the QA team as I understand it. We may have to submit in game Customer Service tickets also (which is what the CSRs are supposed to respond to).
