It's a component that can only be created by a Master Artisan.

I noticed the "Underworld" tree and wondered if a smuggler has to be neutral, or can can they be a rebel/Imperial? If so... then I don't even want to fathom working off my Neg Imp faction! that'd take weeks! I just want to make sure before I go full force into smuggling. Thanks!

The underworld tree favors you joining a faction. The perks are all essentially faction releated. You would find the tree much less useful if you were neutral.

To everybody who has gone before and taken the time to posted all the good info here, and help. Tonight I finish my FS grind, and I have spent the last couple days soaking up the information on this forum. It's nice going into the unknown with at least a map and a compass.

i hope you liked the FS grind because the jedi grind is about...10 times harder and longer

Here here. I second that. I would be completely lost without all the information that you guys give us. I would also like to say thank you to those that post the same answers instead of flaming those that don't use the search feature. I am guilty of that from time to time.
