Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I've just recently gotten JTL, so forgive me if I missed an announcement, but am I imagining things or is the Ship Throttle Delta Analog Axis backwards? Pushing up slows the ship down and down speeds the ship up. There seemed to be a few mentions of throttle quirks around, but I couldnt find a straight answer to this through searching.
