Also ships need to drop higher xp when you destroy them.

After I beta'd JTL, i had nothing but high hopes for this expansion
Utterly it has turned into a no wait SP hopper for me.
IMHO, Xp needs to be lowered, Loot needs to be special, wiether loot kits, or bantha dolls.
Also ships need to drop higher xp when you destroy them.
Sorry you feel this way. But like you said that is your opinion.
Personally I love JTL. I think there could be a bit more content and a few other things but overall I love the game. I love flying in space, i love shooting down ties, and pvp'ing when I find someone overt. Its great travel wise andfun to fly with friends.
I don't think XP needs to be lowered though. If it were lowered then it would be too easy. I found it easy to begin with, but that's just me. Kessel is good to get xp fast. Loot is ok, could be some different things though. Maybe add some stuff that could be incorporated into the ground game. And ships don't need to drop higher xp imo. Its fine how it is.

Anyways, I agree with ya. I played JTL the first day it was live, and I was pretty dedicated with my friends playing it straight through to about 2 weeks after live. Then, we all had ace, and there really wasn't anything to do. PvP was only a handful of people, we sorta figured we'll slow down and let others catch up so there will be more PvP and hopefully a lot of people in space doing stuff together in big battles and stuff, but that never happened. For a lot of people it just is guaranteed instant planetary travel, and that's sad considering the potential there is right now to make some good content availableusing things like prestige points and a ranking system to encourage PvP and major battles with rewards to the victors that play out on the ground and in space (even if it's just a badge or a cool outfit/helmet, maybe a ship or a special paint job).
Missions and content are profession specific, so in theory, once you run out of things to do under one pilot profession, you could always take up a new profession and experience new content and adventures.
i'm a shooter, not RPGer, so i got some RL skill with hand-eye coordination ![]()
i also love driving & piloting games, both on pc and consoles
in JTL, i'm 3343 Vortex Squadron Pilot, and only need less than 50k xp to get 3443
and thanks to JTL, i need less than 50k creds to obtain 1 MILL ![]()
i'm good at JTL since it requires good hand-eye coordination to be a good player
i don't worry about JTL's content or imersivnese, i'm just glad i am finaly sorta uber in something that importantly involves SWG, no longer am i a total newb
*turns off motivationaly emotional music*
thank you
