I want to cacell my jtl preorder from ebworld.com due to some NDA reasons but now they told me i cant cancell my order because i got my bonus disk....what a rip

The warning about not being able to cancel once they sent you the flash speeder was there before you accepted the order. I saw the warnings, but because I'm international they never sent me the disk anyway, so I cancelled and ordered from gamestop instead.

I tried canceling my preorder over a week before they even shipped the Beta disk,

If the start disk is 'No purchase necessary' you can force them to cancel your order as they can't hold you to it by law.

No they had it posted that you could not cancel after the preorder shiped.
They just tended to not let you cancel even before it shiped.

Its amazing what people will complain about! Can you read? They clearly warned you that after receiving the disc you cannot cancel and what do you do? You waited until you got your disc then start a thread complaining because you can't cancel. There are just so many weird people on this planet.

People like to complain, its a natural human trait that everyone can do, and when others are doing it, it makes people feel important. so they put themselves in positions willfully, only to complain later on, probably for the sheer purpose of that they like to complain

you could always just not open it and return the unopened game for a full refund. Sure they can't let you cancel the preorder, but they HAVE to take back unopened merchandise with a reciept. That is after all the law.

i didnt see the notcie about it...i preorder it way before they put the notice on there also they charged 7.00 for the disc as well.

Well I never got a preorder disk and thinking of cancelling altogether. After testing this game, I think I'd rather stick with the ground game. Somehow TKA's and Fencers seem more "Star Wars" now.
