I can only use lvl 10 and 9 equipment now wow now not only do i have to delete my yt-1300 with all my stuf in it. Now I can't use any of the stuff left in my inventory that isnt cert 9-10

Before you delete the YT, why not trade it to someone else who can fly it, and then have them take the items out and give them back to you?
But, yeah, the other bug sounds like a database conversion error. Shouldn't be too hard to fix, hopefully.
