Thread: Rebel Yavin IV 3.2 Mission: HELP PLEASE

Ok, I got the mission, jumped over to Endor sector and checked out each of the waypoints. I am not triggering anything, not getting any messages. These appear to be situated in the worts possible areas of the Endor sector because I seem to be attracting 2-6 tier 4 pirates the entire time I am flying between the waypoints. Sooner or later these guys kill me. I have gone with a group, but as I said, I went to each waypoint but nothing happens. We fight our way out of the pirate swarm.
Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

I soloed this mission witha Y-wing Longprobe..can't remember the specs on it. It tricky though, you gotta scan one of the ships if it isn't it destroy it, rinse and repeat....i stayed at one of the target locations and finally found it. As for running into spawns, i guess u gotta just keep your eye out to avoid them. Quite soloable though. Hope this helps.

Well look at this link here, I made 2 post in here on the tactics I used for tier 3....I did not get much response, as they all continued to gripe and moan that it is 2 hard and unable to be solo'ed...but I too solo'ed all of tier 3 with a longprobe.....

As I recall, among the smuggler ships will be one that says "spice" something in the name. You need to (I) Inspect each of these until you find the one with the cargo you want (It'll let you know). Then you disable it and dock with it. (IFF transponder if very nice here. If you hit it just when you start docking, you probably won't get shot until you get done docking).
After that, the mission is a lot more straightforward.
