Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I am a freelance pilot doing missions from coronet, I have a mission to inspect a nyms gunship. I go to lok, find the ship inspect it documents found. Ok so my quest journal keeps up here, than I have to disable engine and dock. I do that after docking it says documents retrieved. But my journal stays stuck on docking? If I land mission failed? I hyper to another part of lok and the inspect and docking are reset only the travel to lok is checked. I do the same thing again inspect disable, and dock. The dock does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
