Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I just made tier one and was sent to the The Lady at Nym's palace on Lok. The first mission she gives is to and disable a huge ship and fight off the waves while the Rebels take it over. I thought I had finished when the quest just seemed to start over, but in a different part of space...? Does this end, or is it a destroy mission
