Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a question - I've heard two different stories regarding shipwright.

One is I can be a Shipwright without JtL - and the other is of course, that I need JtL in order to be a Shipwright.

I was wondering which is true?

I'm not going to avoid getting JtL but I have to get my copy shipped to me to Australia which will mean a bit of time. I was hoping I'd be able to begin my shipwright training before my copy came.

As a followup - if I need JtL to be a shipwright, do I just need to be JtL enabled and not have the files included in the disc? So if I havea friendpurchase my copy of JtL for me, tell me my key then ship it to me - I can enable myself, begin shipwright, but not fly til the package arrives?

You cannot train any Shipwright skills unless you have JTL on the account.

I figured as much - but - do I need to have the actual disc from JtL on hand or do I merely need the key to enable my account for JtL so I can begin shipwright.

That I honestly don't know. You'll likely need all the files, but they might come over the auto-update thingy if you have JTL enabled on the account. I'd guess you'd be better off getting a CD tho.
