I'm a bit confused about the 'Droid Command Speed' stat on the Droid Interface Module.
Which is better, the higher #'sor the lower #'s ?
example: '35.9' or '14.9'
At first I assumed the higher #'s were better, then it occured to me that those stats could be the amount of time (seconds) between your abilityto issue the droid another command. If that is the case, then the lower numbers are better.

Lower numbers. That's why people grabbed the pre-nerf L1s like mad. Low mass, low consumption, frigging EXCELLENT numbers.
Now to get those speeds you're looking at L8 and L10 uber-heavy interfaces.
Don't RE them, either - the results actually INCREASE the speed, not lower it.
