I think it is time for a Yacht that has weapons that you can just buy. Make it upgradable and able for combat, doesn't have to be combat ready though.
Make it...
- haveturrets (optional)
- upgradable
- so you don't have to get master pilot to have it (One thing that really stinks is that you have to skill forever to get the ships with interior.)
- cheap and affordable
- large maybe 2 lots and one ship spot so it can hold 150 items
I think the worst part of space is that you cannont enjoy it unless you wait six months (for us non-skillers). It would be great to not have to wait and to be out with friends on the Yacht (doesn't have to be luxurious) and then have a group of fighters come and try to kill us. We can either A run to the available turrets and hopefully shoot the down, or B hope that you get into hyperspace before they take out your engines and wish you would have spent the money on putting in a weapons system. So what I am asking for is a yact (or two or three to have some variety) that is combat optional. If you agree then /sign. This idea would make a lot of sense and make space much more fun. If you don't like this idea, then just tell me wat should be added, or changed. Thanks a million,

Sorry mate I just don't see this happening, It is one of the perks of being a master, being able to fly a multi-player ship. I kinda don't think they will ever make the vet. reward combat rdy. As soon as someone thinks that someone else gets a little something that they can't have for 6 mounths, they start crying all over the forums.

No turrets, but defintley allow us to upgrade the engines. I like the idea of a ship that I can fly that doesn't need to be in combat, I just don't like the idea of a ship THAT freaking slow. It's fine to make it hard to roll and such, but a bit more speed would be nice 
As for the lot, just increase the amount to a normal small house OTHER than the stupid small Nabooian (all the others but this one hold 150 items).

I wusn't real clear. What I meant was a brand new ship.Not a vet. reward just one thatcan beowned by an average joe guy.In the Star Wars univers theresurely is more than one yacht, and i am sure it isowned by someone whois not master anything, just has a lot of money.

Well, the Lady Luck was certainly upgraded, lol. While not as good as the Millenium Falcon, she was a damn good ship. So sure, why not?

I don't even have a vet reward yet. that is why i am pushing this idea. I figure it would happen b4 six months comes along.

Besides, you just got your upgradable hyperspace capable newbie ships. What more do you want? Go talk to a trianer, get a free ships, go in space.

I am not complaining about anything, actually I hate combat. I never really wanted the upgrade in the starter ships anyways. But what I guess I am saying is that there needs to be a lot more ship variety, I mean all we have know are combat purpose ships and the Sorosuub 3000. Well add more variety, give us personal yachts, freighters, transport ships, charters, other than combat only.
