Thread: can't finish freighter escort (RSF Pilot)

Hi all,
I'm an RSF Pilot (1211), trying to finish the freighter escort missions.
I've done a lot of escorts, but I'll always get another rendezvous point
to the next freighter.
When I go back to Cpt. Kaydine, he tells me to finish my current assignment.
I already have the 180k XP to gain 2222, but still, those boring escort
missions go on.
Am I missing something?

it sounds like you are doing a duty mission, which means you keep doing it until you abort the mission using your data pad
do not worry, duty missions do not count toward your quest to master pilot (quest-wise)
try to find a nice grinding spot, loot creds and parts, and if the spot you find isn't good, move on to another potentialy good grinding spot
parts: i only use looted parts, and they are great, just takes a while to loot the right one 
saves TONS of money
saves TONS of moneycreds: the creds you gather over time should be saved up for ships or uber components that are better than your current ones
xp: just grind till you get your next tier 2 (3 and 4 also) skill, then your pilot will train you, and let you continue with your quest missions. repeat the procces when your trainer offers you a duty mission
escort duty missions are not good for xp, patrol or destroy ones are better
