Jump To Lightspeed Archive

Im with the Freelance pilots on Coronet. I have a mission to do where i go to lok an hit the waypoint for a possible inspection an retrieve system orders or some crap. but when i arrive there, i just sit there. nothing happens. it doesnt update or anything. i cant train in skills either kus he wont let me till i do missions. What the hell am i supposed to to, this is really annoying.

ok i found the ship i need to inspect an retrieve crap from. but when it tells me to use the /dock command, it says "This ship denies your request to dock" So now what? could it be hat i have alittle negative faction for that npc?
