On the upside, the info really isn't anything that hasn't already been discussed by the devs as far as the ability to upgrade a ship. They've said it numerous times. Plus, we've all seen the new terminals in some of the starports already also.

I will neither confirm nor deny anything relating to anything else (deeds, data, etc) that hasn't already been made public by the devs.....

At least till the NDA is over.

Once u get the deed, u use to make into data. After that, there are new terms that let up add the extra parts to your ship. Also, most of the parts have a optional spot to upgrade your item. hope it helps ^^

uber stuff can certainly be crafted, at your level you should go for some crafted heavy blasters, mark 2 fusion reactors are good, and crafed shields are also pretty good, crafted armor is a must, cuz youll be using a lot of it. I would help you out on this, but im on lowca server, so i wouldnt know any good vendors on your server
