so everyone will get a YT-1300, then since they are factioned ability to use an X-Wing?

Whats the point of Rebel Alliance Pilot or Imperial Pilot classes then?

Uhhg,

First apparently my original post was messed.
Secondly Sir I’m not a he
And thirdly I’m not a spoiled kid who wants everything, and for that matter neither are my two kids..

My original idea is as follows:

That only Master Neutral Pilots aligned with a faction would have the ability to do some quests
for a pilot trainer of their faction, allowing them to learn how to fly one of the factional ships
of, represented by the quest and tier level of the trainer.

Part of the idea would also limit what ships, a neutral pilot could fly.
For example, they wouldn’t have the ability to jump into one of the master level ships,
with the exception of the Multi-player ships,
that in my opinion should almost be in a sub-category by themselves.
And then with a limit of only say maybe 1 or 2 of any of the ships from tier 1 up to tier 4

You cant tell me that Han Solo, didn’t have the ability to jump into say an X-Wing and fly off,
granted he wouldn’t have known all the finer points about the ship.

And just like today’s real life, military pilots who say learned to fly a Cesna,
then joined the military and learned to fly a F-18 or Prowler..
Do you honestly think that person is going to forget how to fly the Cesna, no
now this doesn’t mean that they will have the ability to jump into a B2
but it does mean that they can fly a neutral un-marked plane,
then when on duty fly a military air craft.

Well then they need to allow every pilot the same benefits. Right now i need to level up one of my alts so I can experience flying the X wing. Why should it be easier for neutral pilots?

Since pilot skills don't take skill points, I think you should retain certifications you've earned. Even though multiple, simultaneous pilot trees would be too confused in space, retaining earned certifications would be great. We see Bodyguards flying X-Wings guarding Imperial Scientists. Why not let former Rebel pilots fly X-Wings for the Empire or former Imperial pilots fly TIEs on Rebel missions? ...and nearer the orginal post, why not let those who master neutral piloting, then join the Rebellion fly YT-1300 as a Rebel? Hans Solo did!

Its not making it any easier for a neutral pilot, than it already is.

lol so far I’m a ace alliance pilot, 4,4,3,3 imperial pilot, and 3,3,3,3 neutral pilot.
so far I have to admit that after you can get a decent ship from tier 2, the neutral pilot is the easiest to level, I have so far soloed all of the neutral pilot missions.

That’s nigh impossible for either the imperial or alliance pilots.
