Imperial sqadrons: Storm squadron
Black Empsilon
Imperial Inquisition
What is the difference between them?
Which one do you suggest to join?
Different rewards?

Nope every skillbox is the same and you get no different abilities.
You only have to start on different trainers and do missions in different places.
Guess they made this to avoid too much players in the same place for missions.
Check out the threads where your trainers will, be as they are sometimes a little "inconvinient" located.
Imperial Inquisition trainers are at the Emperors Retreat and you need to have done the park (or do it partly to reach your trainers in there)

Well I joined the inquisition. Most of my trainers are art thr Emperors retreat and they talk to you like you are a piece of dirt. I am still only 1111 ATM but mist of my missions have had sort of a judge dread type of theme. Investigate and kill the suspect. Hope this helps.

Storm Squadron Endor missions are a pain. Dont know if any of the other tier 3 missions suck as bad as Storm.

First tier 3 mission of Storm in endor is brutal and made me go play a privateer (corsec) on tempest, which took me 4 days to get to 3/3/3/3 solo.

Of the imperial squads.
Inquisition is easiest. You can solo up to 4/4/4/3 and then solo the corvette fairly easily. You can solo the whole thing if you're good and don't mind dying a lot, but its hard. Downside - flying to retreat for every mission (and really annoying if you fail).
Black epsilon - While you can solo most of the way through (the 4th tier missions were largely fairly easy), the third tier has some hard missions that are exceedingly long with a challenge at the end. I wasn't happy about this. If its going to require a group there should be group content the whole way through. Downside - 4th tier trainer is on dant imp outpost where you can't land from starbase. You need to use the terminal - escape - travel thing to get there. Not a huge deal.
Storm. Uh... storm gets the shaft. Its by far the hardest/longest it seems. If possible go with the other two.
In The EU I guess all the force sensitives in the empire have to be inquisition, or dead, so you could RP that. The inquisition is kind of neat story, BE isn't bad but it seems to not have much connected between the tiers.

Figures I picked the hardest path with my imperial... I thought I had seen in patch notes that selecting anywhere but bestine was causing bugs and hadn't seen an update.
Can you give up all gained polit skills and novice and start with another trainer?

What are the Rebel ones and how do I find out which one I am doing. I started my rebel training on Corellia.

Reb Havoc Squadron
You start at corelia, then go to nym's palace, then to the labor outpost on yavin, then I think back to lok.
