Thread: Y-8 Quest Stuck...

I've been given the mission to escort the 3 Y-8 ships but when I launch into space, nothing happens and no waypoints. Koh tells me to get back into space. Is this a bug? Anyone else have a similar problem? Am I supposed to find the Y-8s or will they find me?
Any help would be appreciated.

Quest is currently bugged and has been since Publish 18
Nobody can progress further than the Y-8 Escort mission right now,
the mission apears in the quest journal fine but look in your datapad and the mission details are blank and the waypoint for you to go and escort the Y-8's will not apear.
I have tried flying around the area where the mission is suposed to start, to try ang get the mission going, but no luck
hope this mission gets fixed soon, but its been 10 days so far, and nothing in the notes of the next publish 19 either.

This misions is not going to be fixed I posteda bug report bastards jsut dleted it

Its kinda sad really, the Y-8 mining vessal was one of tha major selling points of ROTW. Hell, i purchased the bloody expansion just to get it. I grinded to master pilot to my heart's content only to, when i was able to fly the bloody thing, get stuck at this point like the million other players. Since pub 18 this mission's been broken. Two publishes later and devs refuse to give an answer beyond "we're looking into it". Looking at publish 21's notes, it doesnt even seem this will even be addressed again since none of the content in it so far looks to even touch on it. Think i'm going to start a campaign to get this mission fixed cause knowing how the devs work, they'll leave it broken for months until they feel it's important enough to even bother looking into. Come on TH, flex your power and help us here, geez.
