The Software Etc I live by is selling them today. Picked mine up, entered JTL code just fine, and now 40 minutes into my download. Was a pleasant surprise. Planned on just checking my harvesters today hehe.

And EB Games has yet to ship out my pre-order. Given that it took four days for their bonus beta disk to get to me after shipment, I'm not hopeful that I'll be playing JTL by the weekend. Grrr.

As far as EBGames goes, I'd suggest choosing the in store pickup option next time. It's much less hassle than having it shipped to you, plus you don't have to pay shipping fees or wait for it to actually get to your door. The one that I pre-ordered from called me the day that my pre-order box arrived in thier store and gave me no troubles about picking it up.

This is the first time I've pre-ordered a game of any kind, let alone an MMO style game. EB's site says they will ship it when they receive it, which should have been a week ago. I was under the mistaken impression that pre-ordering would have two effects. One, it would make certain I did get a copy before stores sold out, and two it would be here on or before the release date. In the case of an MMO it could have gotten here a week ago and would not matter as I couldn't play it until tomorrow anyway.
Oh well, lesson learned. So us pre-order people ended up paying more for a product we won't get for several days after everyone else is playing, how nice.

Guess I chose the right company then. GameStop as awesome as they are will have it to me by 1030am tomorrow even though I just ordered it yesterday. No place where I am has it today anyway so I am a happy camper

Just spoke to EBGames' customer support. I gave them my order number and they said that all JTL pre-orders were already packed and on the loading dock, with delivery scheduled tomorrow. Would have liked it today, but certainly happy to be getting it tomorrow without having to leave work early to run to the mall.
EBGames customer support number had a very short wait time by the way -- less than thirty seconds on hold. Impressive. Most impressive.
