Maybe you'll make all guns wear out after one shot? Ohhh Or maybe you'll make it so artisians can only use 1 harvestor? Better yet, you could make it so that people can attack artisian's harvestors and blow it up? Or how bout you make it so entertainers can only dance for 5 minutes per hour? Medics could only use one stim pack per hour? Why not make it so unarmed fighters can only throw four punches before they have to get their hands band-aided?
Ohhhh I know.. make it so CH's cant tame anything but baby kreetles.. Oh wait.. Have to get to taming II to do that.. Hmm oh well... no pets until taming II! Wow! Balancing at its best!

They already did this one. They're called Bowcasters. 100 Condition new.
Or maybe you could wait and see if they actually go through with perma-death on pets. Clearly they are thinking about it, but from what I've read, it seems like it isn't a done deal and they have a huge outcry of negative feedack to consider.
So, I'd actually be surprised to see perma-death, at least in the short term.I could see them reducing stats to 75% of wild creatures, fixing the insta-healing, and putting in a certification system for pet usage/xfer. Then waiting a bit to see how that all went, before addressing pet perma-death again.
If they go ahead with perma-death, then I think we will see lots of people quit the class, or maybe the game, and I think that message has been sent pretty loud and clear.

Ive got a permanently dead pet in my datapad right now, I summon him as a corpse.

Now the Creature Handler has been nerf to worthlessness, let's take the same ideas they applied to the other classes to balance everything.
If you buy or loot a gun or armor, you have to wait a week before it reaches it's full effectivness.
If your fighting with your gun, it can disappear for no reason. Or if your running to that mission, you get there only to find out that your gun decided to stay in town limits.
After every fight, you have to not only wait for you to heal, but your gun has to heal as well. +1 hour for the gun to heal
If you die during batle with your gun out, you lose the gun forever and have to wait a wek for the replacement gun to grow.
During a battle the attacker can target your gun and destroy it forever.
Oh, and you can't stop attacking once your've initiated battle, rather its on purpose or by accident.
How about you just can't buy a gun. You have to go into the wild and find one. Once you spend hours hunting for one, you have to distract all the attackers around it and spend 20 minutes trying to tame it. With the gun attacking you if you fail.
After you finally get your gun or armor, you spend another 20 mintues teaching it the commands to attack and do what you need it to do. It never learns the command the first time.
Finally week goes buy and you can go hunting again. Go into battle, whoops, Valarian's thugs start attacking and kill your gun. Now you get to start all over again.

We must flood the other boards with such suggestions. Judging by all THIS garbage, such tactics are quite effective in getting another class nerfed into oblivion.
Jauron, thats excellent news. Ive grown attached to my pets, and this one ive had a while, hes a Boarwolf named Yabo.
Getting him back would make me very happy.

I forgot a few.. Can we make it so artisians' items take 5 days to become full stats? And how bout droids can't be healed period? Also I'd like to see chef's get nerfed. And merchants. They have a monopoly, nerf them please.
Also can you make it so that when i tame a creature it only lasts for 30 days.. You know, expiration date? That'd be cool aswell..
