I just thought of a new idea,

What about at master muscian you can either play the Original songs from the movies, or get special one shot movie song after you get so much XP

And it'll sound the same with each instrument (sounds just like the movie songs)

I like that music, yet there is none in this game

And it wont break any copyright rules!!

You mean, I could play the main "Star Wars theme" by myself? Heheh, that might be fun, but I dunno if it would fit the current band-based model of music in the game.

Maybe, as an alternative, we Musicians could get the ability to craft recordings of the most famous Star Wars tunes, and sell em as mind healing holostims or just as fun one-use things. I bet people would pay money to buy a recording of the main "Star Wars theme" (which you only ever hear at the credits) and to fire it up, even on a one-time use basis, just for fun at a cantina party.

ive been wanting to read a new thread for a long time now...well it hasnt happened yet so im starting it now

the pvp system is very....im JUST KIDDING!... how about we different interior designs, in example..a small generic house has 2 diferent styles right? well what if multipersonstarships had diferent interior designs too...im not saying something like diferent halls in different places, i mean like if there isthemes like a workshop theme, or a smugglers theme, or even a bar theme with a possible laser light show (very starwars like if you ask me) but im not saying implament these themes, im saying think about the idea of having themes. Now i do know that we will be able to place personal stuff to customize it ourselves, but all i want is my idea to be tossed around alittle, see if it settles well. So please people post your opinion on this thread

Well I think it is a great idea.......but then comes the infamous "but".

If they have something like this and put it into game, each style they create would have to be designed with lucasarts approval first and foremost. They would keep rejecting it over and over until it was just right to fit the star wars licensing and be considered a part of the Star Wars universe. Which by what developers have stated in the past.....a process like this can take a very very very long time until it gets just right.

If they are willing to take the time on it I would love this to help shake things up a bit just like they have with all the upgrades you can do externally to your ship. I wonder how they wiggled that one by lucasart's for there approval?

It would definately be cool to have, but I think SOE will just use one design for both the reasons Akmaro stated as well as that they probably would rather spend the time adding more ships to the game, i.e. bigger selling point. "Now with 17 newspace vehiclesincluded!"

I have to agree with the above. It would be very cool to have multiple ship layouts, but it'srather unlikely to happen. Not that I'm hoping I'm entirely incorrect, mind you!

If you want it themed, use furniture. Tables for bars, glasses, chairs, bright lights, ect. for a bar theme. Few lights, lots of crates scattered all over, machinary, storage compartments, ect. for a Smuggler theme...

How are you gonna place the stuff, you can decorate a ship. Its liek going out of teh cockpit droping tables and crystals and boxes and when you get back to your cockpit you look at your system stuff and it says :shields DOWN lifesupport DISABLED turrets DISASBLED escape pods MISSING ship status DISABLED rader 7 enemy ships with lazers blaring.
