Is it possible to get RotW without paying for JTL as well? My friend already has JTL, but just needs RotW.

Yes.. If you already have JTL, you can get RotW through 'Digital Download'. There is a link on the SWG home page.

Once you havepurchased the Digital Download, you simply have to 'register' the expansion through your 'Launch Pad'.

I will display the "Test Center" icon until SWG is bug free.

ROTW comes with JTL. No way to get it separately.
