Is it it just me... or are Jabba's and Talon KArdes freelance duty missions really hard when you get tier 4? Or the patrol one anyways. Especially the rear gunneer ties...

I take it you are speaking of the aggressors? Many say to joust them, I typicaly just tail them and whack Weapon 1. They are slow, sluggish flyiers, but not so slow you need to worry about overshooting them. Also, They aren't always the biggest threat, until you get Right behind them.You'll face alot ofchallenges out there, I would say though, with more stick time in, this won't be one of them.
