i would like to see the ability to write a bio for ships ,so we can at least give them a personality of there own ,so when examining another players ship u could also read something about it .the next point may cause me to be flamed but i think that having reached master lvl the travel option should be removed and the ships are set automatically overt ,thus giving the lower lvl players the opportunity to engage in pvp .

Well in my opinion removing travel and forcing more load screens and forced travel through part of the game that the player would be using the lauch to space option for if they actuelly wanted to be playing that part isn't a fun idea. Anyone on a slower computer really doesn't need the extra hassel and I don't really want to be forced to spend time flying somewhere when I'm not actuelly in the mood for flying.

I don't like the force overt thing any better either. Trying to force a play style on players is never good and if there isn't enough PvP around for your liking trying to froce the players that don't take part in it too isn't going to lead to happy players. Game styles like PvP should be encouraged by making them more fun, not forcing them on everyone if they like it or not.

Personaly I'd stay 4444 pilot over master if both thosehappened when I get master.

I don't really have an opinion on your ship bio idea, I'm not a roleplayer and I don't use the bio we have now so wouldn't make much of a differeance to me either way.

As a ship lose its identity when redeed, in order to be sell for exemple, having a bio will be useless.
The ability to name a ship only once, and to sell it as a "ship control device" in addition to a bio could be nice.
But as SWG is far from a RPG ...

Yeah, it would be neat to be able to write a bio for your ship. Would be pretty neat for role playing.
And I also think that NPCs in space should call you buy the name of your ship, rather then the name of your character. Like when you're landing, instead of the NPC saying "Okay Billy, you're cleared for landing" they could say "Okay, TheKreetle Killeriscleared for landing". Or something like that.

But after reaching ace... no, the travel option shouldn't be taken away. Why make things more of a hassle for people, just because they took the time to ace? You should be rewarded for acing, not punished.
Same for being always overt. You shouldn't be forced overt just because you're ace. NPCs of the opposite faciton can still attack you, and you can declare overt at a station. That's good enough.

PvP is a choice. I get enough hassle from people who think Deep Space is a playground for faction grinding or xp grinding, and that if they yell 'no tag backs!' I should leave them alone. New players can have as much PvP as they like, simply by learning to use the /duel command. That in itself can be a fast lesson for most new folk, but still its there for your use, and anyone who wants to fight can then choose to.

No forced PvP.
