I finished my Black Epsilon Tier 3 Mission 4 and have been told I was supposed to recieve an "Inferno" engine as my reward. The item did not go into my inventory when I completed the mission (looted gunboat) and talked to the mission giver (on Yavin 4).

I am trying to figure out how to resolve this. I sent a bug report through Cntrl+h, Customer Service, Report Bug. I figure that just reports the bug as it did not give me any kind of ticket number. Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong spot but I was wondering how you properly open a ticket on this.

Any info would be appreciated.
