How are people doing it? I've been doing great till I got midway through the 3 teir. I am now forced to team up with people to finish a mission. How about not forcing peeps to team up on missions. Not everyone likes that.

You talking about a capital ship? I only got that from seing "Other" capital ships. i dont think 20 people could possibly man a capital Ship. It took a crew of 5 just to maintain 1 turbo laser.
