My friend has this problem and cant find out why. I want to help him :
in fact I got an email that told me that I have a veteran reward by typing /claimVeteranReward; I did it and a window appears; that told me to get JTLS; (now I have the pack), I type the command again and nothing happens. In this window I had 90 days reward. So a Sorosuub luxury yacht (180 days, Rank 2). I sent a ticket and the CSR answered me that the dev team works on it. But he supposes that it's a mistake of reward attribution. So I don't know if I'm elligible or not
please answer this if anybody knows.

You're not. The Yacht is for being around for 180 days.
In other words, you'd have to have been around since May. Looking at your name, I see you joined in September. You'll have to wait another 3 months before you qualify.

Not me, My friend is having the problem. I'm trying to find out why hes having this problem.

I saw a post of this problem happening before but cant find it. If you had this problem can you please post it so my friend can be on his way in his Yatcht in space.

The /claimveteranreward command works like this...
If you have either 90,180, or 270 days accumulated, you will recieve a message saying you're eligible to use the command.
There is only one reward: for the 180 day level. If you have only 90 days and you select it, it'll still display the Luxury Yacht as an option. the problem is, if you don't have 180 days in, then you can't actually have it. I know, it's weird, but still...

long before that, he didn't have JTLS and he typed in Command, nothing happened. Then he got JTLS and now nothing happens. I believe he has it but its just not actually there in his inventory. Whatever the case it needs to be fixed cause other people might have done this or might do this and same thing happens. I know I wont get it anytime soonsince I been playing since June 28 2004 till now with a few days break.
