acculy i would have to say it's ugly as(HE doubly hocky sticks LL) but it is hard to find and no it's just a skull cap it dosen't do anything

yo woot!!!!! looted mine just now on 1st wave of 1st blacksun duty mission out of mo on dantlol ben master pilot for over a month just found out wher to get black sun duty and bangI get it

you lucky ******* haha, been killing them on duty missions alot lately with the small hope of getting it.
and so far no luck at all...

I envy you all with it...
and I want to loot it myself not buy it, doesn't mean squat when you buy it.

Any Tier 4 or 5 Black Sun will drop it. But it is extremely rare. You can go weeks looting without ever getting one.
