Does it cost skill points to become a pilot, because when I look at my skill tree...it says it requires 0 skill points.

Don't buy JTL, buy ROTW, it comes with JTL for free.

EDIT:

Oh, and no, pilot skills do not cost skill points.

That or get the total experience package. diff is something like five bucks, rotw comes with the varactyl mount, the total experience package comes with the barc speeder.
