I was out flying in my Belbullab-22 tonight and zoomed out of my cockpit to be nearly blinded by the engine glow! It was incredible, and I don't even have Bloom turned on. So it got me wondering, since it's obvious now that it's possible, when we're going to see some serious engine glow out of the other ships (like my YT-1300!). I'd put this on a priority at least as high as teras kasi animations, and I can't imagine it's too hard to tweak the art files to have some glowies on the engine pods.

yeah, glowing engines on the YT-1300 would be really cool

Though it does just make you easier to spot in pvp.

if you're trying to pvp in a yt1300 engine glow is the least of your concerns!

the engines do glow on the YT, they just dont glow red..... all ship engines have a glow, and some depend on what engine you have. I use my old reward inferno engine in my jsf and i get a nice soft blue glow, friend uses some other engine and gets a bright red glow.
