I dunno whats wrong here or obviously I would fix it but I have some kind of bug with NPC's.

I only had a radeon 9200 and 256mb ram and NPC ships jumped round the place as if someone clicked them with their mouse and dragged them all over the show.

Now I have a radeon 9600 and 512mb ram, still same problem, fighters jumping round the place like teleportation.

I need to fix, is there a way or can anyone help me?

I think you are subjectto the 'drunken buble bee' problem. I think it is reported in the support section. It comes from FSB spread spectrumbios parameters witch can be varying in frequency to limit ElectroMagneticInterference that cause this problem (i dunno if i'm explicit enought).

Though you should try to change value of this parameter in your bios secton. This parameter change core processor frequency to make EMI more regular and flat.

Mine is +-0.25 percent and i'm not experienced this problem since i put this value on.

When booting your PC. hit del key (or any key that permit you to access to the bios options). After that it depends on the bios version of your motherboard. If you dunno about bios or every parameters that control your PC i suggest that you go with your Central Unit to your retailer, he can make that the best way it have to.

If you feel about PC bios knowledge clever enougth, go to frequency / voltagecore system section (here you can clock your processor or graphical card bus system). Choose +-0.25 value on the front side bus core system frequency to make it varying a bit. then save this value nd restart computer (don't make any change without your retailer's advices).

Went to the instant chat website and got this:

Keep in mind the cleanboot is only for troubleshooting purposes only it will also make sure nothing else is running. Then try to run the game again.
CSR Manuel D.: If you are on a router completely remove it for troubleshooting purposes, we do not support routers. Once the router is removed please restart the modem and the pc to get a new public ip address.

-If you have Win Xp service pack 2 please make sure that service pack 2 firewall is also disabled.
CSR Manuel D.: Please try the above suggestions it is only for troubleshooting purposes only and not a permanent solution. If you still have issues or other concerns please contact us again. Thank you.

I did all this and teh probolem still persists, I am clueless of what to do now. Does this mean JTL will never work for me?

well er.... have you do the changes i told you about? I'm not quite sure the technical support in this case can do anything to help you. it seems to be one of the problems occured with many people that don't use FSB spread spectrum varyancy. ahem.... this is not a software problem i meen hardware one. Be sure you do or a friendly hardware person you know, do this for you
