Here goes..

Have been hunting Kimos on Lok. I am Novice Pistoleer and Novice Smuggler. Uses a FWG5 spd.2.2 Dam 38-158. Spends 90% of actionbar on Healthshot2 followed by spamming Bodyshot2. Done this in 2 different groups with Medics and other semicombatants. I tend to hit in the range of 70-400+

Every time I get zero, zilch, nada xp.

I asked the groupmembers and there's ppl also using bodyshot2 and healthshot2 with spd 1.7 dam 35-111 pistols. They get 3k+ xp. I haven't crunched any math on this but by experience from the game this feels wrong!

Anyone else having problems like these?

I recently grabbed Hiring III and Hiring IV in one fell swoop. (A recording of Tarkin's Voice available upon request.)

Well I get to the house I am sharing with my friend and am curious what I will find waiting for me as I try to create a new vendor...

  • A medical droid (Under Droids)

  • A fancy terminal (Under Terminals)

  • A slim terminal (Under Terminals)

  • Nothing new under NPC.

I know the clothing thing doesn't work but I was expecting more new venders... after all I just got Hiring +30 ... and basically only got three new vendor styles to choose from? Am I bugged?

I've taken up the Droid Engineer Profession about 3 weeks ago. I know, I'm a glutton for punishment, but I siscerely believe DE will be fixed and we'll all be happy....eventually.

The problem is, when I leveled up in Droid refinement, I thought the number ofexperimentation points would go up. As it is, I started as Novice with one experimentation point and now I have Intermediate Droid Refinement and still have only one experimentation point. I also have Advanced Droid Blueprints, Advanced Droid Production and Advanced Droid Construction. Still only one experimentation point. What gives?

I hear that experimentation has no effect on Droids or sub-components at the moment. Is that true? And is that the reason? Or am I bugged?

Someone please help. I am really concerned about this. Thanks.

I'm not sure how many experimentation points you get at which level, but a Master DE only has five experimentation points.

As to what effect experimentation has, none seems to be the answer. Well, you can get like 5 extra HAM on a Probot if you experiment on it, but that's about it. Not even sure if that has to do with the quality of the subcomponents or experimenting on the final assembly either.

But essentially, yes, experimentation is broken and/or pointless right now.

Experimentation gives you a number of points equal to your experimentation skill divided by 10 rounded down. But you always get a minimum of 1 point, even if you have a 0 in the skill. So the progression goes like this.

Rank Experimentation Skill Experimentation points

Novice 0 1

Refinement 1 5 1

Refinement 210 1

Refinement 3 20 2

Refinement 4 35 3

Master55 5

The real problem is that Artisan, weaponsmiths, and Armorsmiths have 100 at master in their experimentation skill, (not sure about the other crafters) and that droid experimentation does not seem to make anyreal differance to the finished product.

i just hit Breeder (cloning IV) and when i go to a food/chem station and try to find my new creatures/templates, they aren't there. i logged, came back about 45 mins later and still no dice. i even went to a diff. city for the hell of it and still nothing. i have all my cloning 3 pets and i'm wondering if i'm just missing something obvious.

Has to be a private or personal food chem station with a specialized food chem tool.

As the others said, it has to be a private crafting station.

But, it doesn't have to be yours. Instead of forking over 40k in cash, just look in any large house or PA hall you see. Eventually, you'll find someone who has one, and then, just make a waypoint.

Or, buy a crafting droid. They can be cheaper than stations, because DE's are always looking for work!

Currently the Tybis is bugged and can't be tamed. At best its a house decoration.
