fixed powerboost

no more initimidate bug allowing it to *stick* better

decreased unarmed move cost

increased vibro knuckler ranged to 5m

knockdown with dizzy has a chance if making a player or npc fall down again <3

I cannot ask for more at this point! thumbs up!

Actually i can ask for more,i want power boost to be a master skill <3.we can't have commandos/any other classes running around with power boost.

You guys can flame me all you want but thats how it should be <3.
