I'm I bugged or what?

I am Imp pilot 1211.

After getting to that level, I was given the special mission which i completed.

Since then, I have been flying the open-ended missions for XP as assigned by Fa'Zoll.

I have gained enough XP to train the remainder of Tier 2, yet I have never again been offered training by Fa'Zoll.

Any ideas?

On a related point, has anyone ever actually received help from a CSR?

Well I asked the CSRs for help again and they suggested I turn in a bug report. Which, of course they say never receives a direct response. LOL.

Guess that's the official blow-off.

I tried dropping pilot and starting over.

I worked my way back to the same place, and have the same problem.

Fa'Zoll will happily give me open ended missions, but will not train me past 1211.

I turned in yet another CSR ticket since I retrained and submitted a bug report. I am not expecting much at this time.
