Okay, well, I noticed today, that it takes a Master Artisan to make the All-Purpose Ship Repair Kits...so, I decided to go ahead and make some to sell on my vendors...one problem, it doesn't use Artisan experimentation, I'm assuming it uses Shipwright experimentation...if this is the case, why should it be a Master Artisan item if a Master Artisan cannot experiment on it? I believe that one of two things needs to happen, either make it an Artisan Experimentation item or move it to the Shipwright profession, because that makes absolutely no sense to me...thanks...

I cant believe it uses something else than artisan experimentation. Maybe you cant experiment on that item at all? Does the schematic list certain stat requirements on the ressources?

Read the Test Center updates notes. They changed itto artisan experimentation.

they may have in TC, but they haven't put it live, yet...I just tried to make some a couple days ago...yes, I was able to use the only (1) available experimentation point on it, but that didn't help much...anyways, that'll be nice when it goes live, if ever...thanks for the posts...
