Just thought I would let everybody know. I showed up at my local EB store and they had a stack of beta disks. They rubber banded it to my copy of JTL. I did in fact pre-order there but they never called me to pick up the beta disk. There was a stack of them there though...so you may want to call around to your local retailers and ask if they have any left...

Same BS happened to me. Luckily, I got into beta without the free 2 week trial the EB Games was supposed to have called me about 2 weeks ago.
