so what happened to the new planets that we were promised last year to keep us playing, with the arrival ofJTL ?
and also why the @@@@ cant we buy it online mixed in with our registration ? the ecological damage that producing hundreds of thousands of 'unnesecary' hard copies is phenominal, this should be sonys primary concern,

i was looking forward to these planet for a loong time, found out in beta only 2 space sectors not planets, i was a little upset. since space is empty, it's not much to explore(but there are some neato effects and stuff, like kessel..wow). but i think they decided to leave out 2 more planets to work on what is in the game already, IMO once the planets already in the game are 90% complete with content and the like, then new planets would be the next step, but adding another planet without much content(and they woulda been) doesn't seem like it woulda been a smart idead in the long run.

There's rumors that the planet Kessel may be added in later....

Why does this keep popping up? They've never promised new planets with JTL, from the get go they said it was just space. Not to mention they could simply work on adding content to the 10 planets we already have, some of them are a bit empty still you know.

actually , yes there was promise of new planets when JTL comes out ( around the time of announcing JTL), except it was so long ago and hasnt been mentioned since, at a guess hoping we would forget and forgive.. again...
i can remember the wookie homeworld was going to be one of them, but the others i cant remember what they wer called..
and it was this promise that kept me playing back in the early very very very buggy days when you had to run for miles for each mission waiting for months and monthsfor vehicles to be patched in, even though the game was being sold as having vehicles at the time....

It was never, ever, ever "Promised."
Feel free to spend a good deal of time finding something that says otherwise....
EDIT: And the game was never "sold as having vehicles at that time."
Three (ish) days after the initial feature set was announced, they issued another announcement regarding features that wouldn't make it into launch. Mounts, Cities, Dark Jedi, and Vehicles.
Kind of hard to 'sell as having vehicles' when they put out a press-release saying they wern't there.

Man, listen to this, going on about new planets when there is still hollering about not fixing the GCW.
Which do ya want more?
