I think that you cannot activate your account with the current keys if you were in the beta.
I used the same key for both, first on my main, which was in beta. That didn't work, so I used the SAME KEY on my non beta account, on a hunch. And yep, it went through.
So I think its the fact that I had beta on that account, that wouldn't let me use the current key.
Please post if you get the same findings, or if you can prove me wrong.

Nope mine worked fine all around. But I also uninstalled Beta a week ago. Maybe that has something to do with it?

The remedy worked for me!
Use the 'My Account" button to register your expansion in the launchpad... not the 'register expansion' button.
Worked like a charm!
