Hi.
So, the beginner ship you get when you start yourtraining can't jump to hyperspace. Got it.
OnceI pick up the Novice Pilot skill (and I will be doing so as a Neutral Pilot), what can I buy from player shipwrightsand be certed for that will immediately let me travel from starport to starport?
(I apologize for what's probably obvious infomation, but I only had enough time to install JtL, update itand send off a CSR ticket before I headed to work this evening. Sure wish I could play!

The same stuff as your startership, it just needs to be crafted.

You are certified to use all Level 1 technology and equipment.
So if you visit your Shipwright buddies and ask them to make you a set of Tier 1 modules for your Tier 1 ship chassis, you can then build and fly your first new ship!
If you dont have any Shipwright buddies, then no doubt you will have to start looking into mortgaging your soul for some parts....
... I fear that most people are going to be charging outrageous amounts for these parts.
