Thread: Registration problem -- any suggestions?

I searched the game guides and JTL forum for an answer but couldn't find one...


I bought JTL tonight for a second acct, and when I try to register the key, it says I already have the expansion and won't take it... not that the key has been used, but that I've already used another one on this acct, but I haven't, and the launchpad still says "not enabled, buy now"


Recruiters/trainers also won't talk to me, so I know it's not active on this acct. I think the fact I have 3 accts running the game out of one folder may be causing the problem, but I'm not sure. Submitted a ticket, but I'm hoping someone here can throw me a bone.

I have answered this question a bunch, wish the devs would fix it

solution:
go to http://station.com
click on My Account
Log into account you want to register
click on Billing info
on the right hand side click on "Subcriptions"
click on Star Wars Galaxies
Click on Register Expansion

Done and done

Thanks for your help... it was actually even simpler than that My re-bill hit my CC before my payment did, and the acct was actually cancelled All fixed now
