Is there a website where I can buy JTL and just download it off that site?

I am U.S. military serving in Europe. I haven't seen JTL either locally or at the base exchange yet.

I noticed one site, but the only thing you need is the keycode. The CD was totally useless to me. The launchpad will download everything you need to play the game.
