Simple - make slots for double shields and double hulls.

As for making them "more powerful," it's a matter of finding weapons to RE. SW-made weapons don't cut it forever.

1. Better shields/armor atm they use the same stuff you can put ona fighter if it has enough mass, if they had their own special shields/armor it would help make them more practical to use.

2. Better weapons, mainly for taking down big targets like SDs and corvettes the current guns are good for fighters but could use a boost.

3. In space repair and reload, atm you can repair your ships inside but you can't reload ammo which with space bombs can be a problem since each round only has 4 shots in it.

I like using my nova a lot but atm its not as powerful as it should be and you can't use much of its 5 million mass.

P.S. space bombs look like the seismic charges from the films (SW EpII) and the seismic charges in game don't look like the 1s in the film, hope this is a mistake the devs can fix.

The might of a multi player craft is not in the equipment you are using but in the people who are manning the turrets for you. All the multiplayer craft are like tie agressors on crack. Having those extra people covering your behind with those cannons will free you up to chase down your target. I personally never want to get anywhere near a fully manned multiplayer (player controlled) craft. they will eat you!!!

Well, in the current way the MP Ships are setupd, they dont stand a single chance against a Starfighter Pilot.

A Starfighter is a fast and agile Vehicle while the MP Ship turns very slow around (turrets too)

1400 Speed, 2 Front Blasters with each 3.8k Damage....every MP ship will get blow up in the first Strafe Run.

Even against NPC Ships it is hard to stand a chance, the easiest way would really be to code 2+ Shield Hardpoints in since a mp ship should bemore like a flying Fortress and not a sitting duck.

Not entirely true. A YT i.e. can move as fast and Agile as any Fighter can, with the right engine and engineoverchargeeven more so. The Pilot can concentrate soley on Ordenance and Flying while an Operator prevent's bad things from happening (Shield Reinforcements and so on) and the Gunners can hit everything that is at any given position around the YT, there is NO Blind Spot! And the turrets move very fast when you control them with mouse rather then stick.

So it's not so easy to crack one with just a single fighter vessel.

Refilling ordenance in space would be unrealistic. Think of it... ever seen a Jetfighterpilt refit Rockets inflight? O_o
