E-Pulse 3 has been totally nerfed.
Thank you for making the privateer pilot profession just a little more useless.

I agree. I used to be able to take out an Aggressor that got in my cross-fire with a blast. Now, the only thing epulse3 does is piss him off more. 
I cannot believe that their answer was to nerf it, rather than fix it. Err...maybe I can....

Ya this is BS. How the HELL did I know they were gonna do the SAME thing they did to KESSEL?!! Instead of listening to ppl and fix it the rite way they instead just kill it as a whole?!! KESSEL everyone said to move the mission but NO instead just kill KESSEL. NOW THIS! Why not make it only able to hurt groupmembers? or to only hurt npc's? BUT INSTEAD IT JUST SUCKS AS A WHOLE. BS BS BS!!!!

Ok what the hell ep3 is screwed so I now call for pirate trap2 to be of some good, come on tier 1 fighters? What the F? imps get bstrike3 and we got ep3 nerfed and ptrap2 is as crappy as 1 so what is the adventage of the privateer class? each is to have an adventage among the others and that was ep3 but now we get nothing.

It was? I thought it was a bug. Ok now I know why I couldn't take out those damn npc's. Man now I actually have to fight em. I took out my own cap and shields so nothing happens to them? BS

I could not care less about e-pulse.
Totally screwes up ur own shields anyway.
But they should streghten Pirate Traps.

FYI, it's all the Epulses.
I used epulse2 more than three because I wanted to keep my shields.
epulse used to have an effective range of about 500m. within 250 you did full damage. Now, you can't even blow up tier1's (i've tested this thourougly) unless they are within 100m of you :/
if they are more than 250 from you there is no effect whatsoever.
