Thread: Redeeding Sorosuub doesn't give lot back?

Before I generated my Sorosuub, I had two free lots. Generated, down to 1. Dropped a harvestor for a friend and realized I didn't need the yacht just yet and destroyed it (to get the one lot back for another harv). So far, I haven't gotten my lot back. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I got mine back. I had only a house down at the time. Dropped the Sorussub and saw I lost a lot. Deleted it and mine came back. Maybe it is a "last lot" subtract from 0 programming thing.

Hmmmm. OK. I'll keep checking in case I forgot a house. Heavy harvs only take 1 lot, right?

I didn't get my lot back. I was going to wait until a server reset before filing a ticket.

I redeeded my yacht last week and I never got my lot back. Last night I created a new one and it took a 2nd lot. I have /bug'ed both issues.

But do the devs know this is an issue? Is it a wipe spread problem or just a few people, I really would like my lots back please!

Has anyone had this problem fixed yet? The same thing happened to me yesterday. I'm glad I found this thread because I was going to try re-generating it and destroying it to see if it would fix the problem.

I found this issue in the knowledge base under known issues. They say to make a bug report but nothing about what to do to fix it. I got the impression from it that we are out of luck until the problem is resolved but it didn't specifically say that.

Any ideas?

Guess I lost a lot, too. And since I'm in business renting out lots, that sucks.

Same thing happened to me. I destroyed the worthless "veteran" reward and never gor my lot back. I ahould have never claimed this "reward" in the first place.

Create a CSR ticket. This happened to me so I bugged it and filled out a ticket. A CSR responded within the day and was able to give me back my lot without any problems

Ok thanks, haven't had to create a CSR ticket yet, didn't know what the response time was.

I have had the same problem. I filled out a ticket, but they said I was not on and could not help me. If this is a widespread problem I would think they would know and correct. I am going to resubmit my ticket tonight.

I logged in and submitted a ticket this morning and they said the same thing. I told them when I would be on and ten minutes after I logged in later a CSR sent me a tell and asked me if I had a minute etc etc.

The whole process took about two minutes if that and I had my lot back.

Most impressive, Obi-Wan has taught them well.
