Thread: Problem registering expansion.

Each time I try, I go into the account login window and type in my account and password. Then it just refreshes the page and it doesn't say I entered the wrong name or password, I even tried it once with the wrong information and it said I had put in the wrong information, can anyone help?

When you register load up launchpad first, then after you put in your password click on register expansion.
It should take you to a page where you can imput the key code for JTL and that should complete the registration for you.
Otherwise perhaps a live chat with a CSR can help you out.
