I can land at Jabba's when I please via using his private starship terminals with little problem. If you get into good graces with him, he might be so generous as to let you do the same.

(There's a starship terminal accessible by Smugglers Alliance pilots who have either completed the Jabba Theme Park or have done a mission available at the Tatooine Space Station.)

just that i think his problem is that he isnt certified for the SHIP because he changed to rebel pilot. basically a not so rare situation that someone obviously didnt think about when making jtl. unless it can somehow be traded directly from the datapad to a privateer i dont see any way he would get around this without dropping rebel, doing freelancer up to the dunelizard cert, dropping freelancer again and starting from scratch with rebel.
