let me ask a question. when u think of the sw universe and u imagine all of those people/aliens not in the empire or rebellion do u picture them all flying hutt fighters. i surely dont. i imagine lots of unique starships from different worlds.

Maybe if SOE had a 100+ dev team, and a 1-2 million budget,
you could get all of that.

to yaweh666, nice name by the way. well take out the "lots". part of my second post, and just keep "unique". i know they dont have millions. but to shrink down the sw universe into either rebellion, empire, or hutt is a problem in my opinion.

heavy hutt fighter is a bomber the other 2 are attack ships

we've come to the release now so this is almost a moot point. but gives rise to ideas for expansions for this expansion. y did the privateer ships have to be part of a set of light through heavy fighters of a particular group or faction. the sense of wonder of star wars is the thing that engages us. the star wars universe has limitless possibilities. so why couldnt the ships have been different classes and types not having to be related to each other. having light medium and heavy hutt fighters and also the black sun kind of shrinks the star wars universe. different ships, each with different design and inspiration would have been much more star warsian imo. rather than a set of starfighters of one particular line. hopefully the devs do realize this and will add new individually unique ships at a later time.

This is a very trivial complaint, I mean they are just names, if they changed the names of the ships to something else and said they were that and all unrelated it'd be exactly what you're asking forand yet be exactly the same.
What's the difference in that and being an Imperial, all out ships are all along the same line and they are all variants of a single ship, to boot they can't even be customized (visually) like the privateers can, so I'd say you're arguing over nothing.
