are prestige points good for anything else, other than entering DS?
if so, i'd like to know.
if not, why?
how about being able to buy schematics for high mass versions of your faction's ships (excluding maste level ships).
at master level, we should be able to fly any ship and not be held back back by mass. i would trade my oppressor for a high mass interceptor in a heartbeat.
thoughts?

You can only use Prestige Points to get to Deep Space. Yes, it would be nice if there were things that you could "buy" with them. Shipwrights would scream bloody murder if the idea you proposed were implemented in that form. What would be acceptable is a mass-increasing optional component for a ship schematic. So you'd take it to a Shipwright to have them incorporate it into an A-Wing or Tie Advanced to squeeze out another 10% or so of mass.

Currently the only use for prestige points are for entering deep space. I wish there was another use I have 32 million racked up lol
Mass restrictions are a balance factor so I would not hope toomuch for that request

Indeed higher-mass ships for Ace pilots would be interesting. I'd really like to see people using whatever ship they wanted at Ace and not feel they have to take the mastership just to be a good pilot. Or atleast you should be able to take one of your existing ships and have it "upgraded" by a faction recruiter or someone like that where the mass of your selected ship is increased by maybe 30% or something.
Though I'd much rather see special starship schematics. Maybe the E-Wing, YT-2000, ect....

I like the schem idea. Would be nice to be able to buy other perks also. Like different flight suits or helmets.

I agree. Prestige points should be useable for more stuff like the faction points. Schems, components, buyable specials (with limited use of course.

I like th helmets i idea and the suits.... just not my Blacksun Ace helmet HEHEHEHE!!!!

there is a bonus to going to deepspace, esp if your in an expensive ship, wont shout what it is tho else it will be nerfed..

be good if prestege affected programing chips tho, a 0 prestege master making a chip eg cap to shield shunt takes a 'certain time' for the droid to be able to do another command...
it would be great if a master with 30 million prestege could shave a 'little' time off of this time till next droid command... as tho they have tweaked the chip thru experience.. only slight but relative to their prestege points
that way high prestege pilots would get a reputation for 'slightly better' programmes and for being a slightly better pilot,,
would u expect han solo to be able to overload your engine better than Biggs ?... i think u would

Okay, what do we do with these? 30k to enter Deep Space has long become a joke, you can out generate that amount in under an hour, so is there anything on the table as to what we can do with these things?
