I've done the themepark but I can't land there. Any suggestions?

You can only land at Jabba´s palace by asking to dock at jabba´s at the tattoine space station. you can not travel from annother tatooine (or other planets( spaceport directly to jabba.

Isn't it a smuggler and/or privateer privledge?

Some have said this, yet my guildies (all Reb pilots) can land there.

Are your guildies all smugglers or bounty hunters?

SA Pilot, Smuggler, and BH get landing rights. Has nothing to do with the TP.

Not too sure I catch your meaning but, anyone can land there that does the mission from the Tatooine space station. It will only offer the mission to privateer pilots before they are out of the second tier ie:2222. If you have gone into the third tier ie 3222 then the Tatooine space station will stop offering you the jabba pass mission and offer you standard duty missions.

I can still land there from space even though I am an Imperial again.
